Be a Hero - Donate a Pair $5

A$5.00

This Christmas, we’re proud to be partnering with Big Group Hug, a local charity supporting vulnerable children and families in need. Together, we’re helping tackle child poverty — one pair of shoes at a time.

For just $5, you can donate a pair of shoes to a child who needs them most. Every donation helps provide comfort, dignity, and a little bit of joy to children living in crisis situations.

Please note your address is required at checkout. This is where we will send you a hard copy gift receipt and a special thank you note when the charity receives your donation. In order to remove the postage and delivery fee please use code FREEPOSTAUS in Australia, and FREEPOSTNZ in New Zealand.

Why Big Group Hug?
Big Group Hug works with families across our community who are doing it tough. They distribute essential items — like clothing, bedding, and shoes — to children who might otherwise go without. Their work brings hope and relief to families in times of hardship, and we’re truly honoured to support their mission. There is also a huge upside for businesses as every donation made is tax deductible*.

Receipts:
If you require a receipt for tax purposes, the charity who receives your donation will be able to provide you with a receipt. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks to receive. You will receive a receipt from Pop and Weasel immediately after putting through the order from.

*What is a tax deductible donation?
A donation is considered tax deductible when an amount of $2 or more is donated to an eligible charity or nonprofit organisation. Your eligible donations are subtracted from your taxable income, decreasing the portion of your income that can be taxed in a given financial year. The donation must be a gift or contribution to the eligible charity or nonprofit organisation, with no benefits provided to you as part of the exchange.

Pop and Weasel will be responsible for the prompt delivery and distribution of the shoes. We will work closely with the charities to ensure they receive appropriate sizes and styles to best suit the charities needs.
